आज बात करेंगे दुनिया के सबसे महंगे (costly) मसाले केसर (SAFFRON) के बारे में। ये केसर इतना महँगा क्यों है? चलो जानते है। केसर की महंगाई के लिए दो कारण है। पहला 👉मक्कई या गेहूं के एक छोड़ में अनाज का जत्था ज्यादा प्रमाण में मिल जाता है जबकी केसर की बात करे तो उसके फूल में काम की चीज स्त्री केसराग (stigma) नाम का सिर्फ एक तंतु होता है, हर एक अलग अलग फूल में से सिर्फ एक ही तंतु मिलता है। हर एक तंतु को हाथो से ध्यान पूर्वक तोड़ा जाता है। क्योंकि इसके लिए टेक्नोलॉजी वाली कोई मशीन अभी तक बनी नही है। इस तरह हर तंतु को तोड़ने वाला काम लम्बा वक़्त मांगता है। अंदाजन 1लाख 35 हजार फूलों के जत्थे से सिर्फ एक किलो ही केसर निकलता है बाकी के पौधा किसी काम का नही रहता नुकसान में जाता है। मतलब वेस्ट हो जाते है। ये बडा टेढ़ा काम है। दूसरा कारण 👉 बहुत से दिनों तक इसके फूल को धूप में सुखाया जाता है जिस से फूल का 80% वजन कम हो जाता है। एक अलग ही आबोहवा में ये उगता है। इसकी खेती बहुत ही भारी पड़ जाती है और मिलता सिर्फ एक तंतु एक रेसा। ज्यादा संख्या में उत्पादन न होने के कारण ये महँग बन जाता है। मार्किट की बात करे तो मार्किट आ एक नियम है के जितनी ज्यादा मांग हो उतने प्रमाण उत्पादन नही होता तो वो चीज अपने आप महंगी ओर कीमती हो जाती है। यही है इसके महंगे होने की वजह। अगर दुनिया मे हर जगह इसके लायक आबोहवा होती तो इसके खेत भी ज्यादा हो जाते और उत्पादन भी बढ़ जाता। ओर तब ये केसर महँगा नही होता।😊 फ्रॉम Mr mk
